Check in and check out times
Week end : from Friday 4 pm to Sunday 10 pm.
Week : from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am.
Overnight : from 4 pm to 10 am next day.
Rates
The actual rates are applicable at the date they are published on the Website, the rates include the state taxes.
A hotel tax of 0.75 € per night and per person over 13 of age for the gîte and 0.40 € per night and per children aged between 6 and 12, as well as for hikers.
Booking/cancellation policy
A 25% deposit is requested to complete your booking. The contract is valid only after signature of the form and acknowledgement of the general sales conditions sent by the client with the deposit by check. In the event of any cancellation, deposits are not refunded.
The balance of the payment should be paid on arrival, when paid on the site.
No refund is granted for late arrival, early departure, no-show or cancellation within less than 15 days before the forecast arrival date.
Settlements
On site : in €uros by check, or cash.
From distance : by check.
Your payment shall be made out to SARL VAUTHIER.
Holiday vouchers ANCV and CAF are accepted, if declared valid by the official organization.

Insurance
Reminder of Article 13 of General Conditions.
For groups, the person in charge of signing the contract in the name of all guests will be responsible to take out Holiday Insurance or check with his/her own insurance company that he/she is covered by contract for this specific booking.
Usage of the premises
In addition to art. 10 of the General Conditions, according to decree of 7 August 2017 regarding premises and businesses receiving guests and playing amplified music on a regular basis, the acoustic level cannot in any circumstances be above 94 dB LEQ(A) over 10 minutes to ensure the hearing protection of the public welcomed; the tranquility of local residents must be ensured. Renters and guests must comply with these Rules and Regulations.
